The obsessive passion for excellence in all stages of the processing cycle drives us to obtain a tailor-made product that satisfies customers and markets with the most diverse needs. In general, the raw material used, which in jargon is called '' Unsorted '', comes from donations and / or collected through special street containers. To obtain a final product rich in quality and trendy garments, we prefer raw materials coming from Italy, Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
Selection
In order to add value to recycled textile material and to guarantee that the input material for recycling processes is of adequate quality, it is essential to be able to accurately recognise and sort items according to their material content. Taking into account how much wear they have seen and the quality of the fabric, garments are sorted into 5 different categories: Cream, Extra, Grade A, B and C.
Packaging
Packaging is at the customer's discretion and depends on the target market. We usually use: 50kg boxes or 50kg transparent bags for CREAM and EXTRA. Large pressed bales (over 200kg) and small pressed bales (40kg, 45kg, 50kg, 80kg, 100kg) for grade A and grade B. Large pressed bales for grade C.
